Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 5: The Full List of Release Dates

New Year, New Phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Phase Five will kick off with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, hitting theaters Feb. 17. Part of the Multiverse Saga (beginning with Phase Four and ending with Phase Six), Ant-Man 3 looks to epitomise the current multiverse storyline. It’s CGI-heavy and features the main character asking to essentially rewrite time — at least that’s how it looks judging by the latest trailer.

Per Marvel’s press release:

“Super-Hero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp. Together, with Hope’s parents Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Scott’s daughter Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought possible.”

Look forward to five more Phase Five movies in the coming couple of years, including Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, The Marvels, Captain America: New World Order, Thunderbolts and Blade.

As for Phase Five TV shows heading to Disney Plus, look out for season 2 of What If…?, Secret Invasion, season 2 of Loki, Ironheart, Echo, Agatha: Coven of Chaos and Daredevil: Born Again. Yep, it’s almost like you’ve got a lot of homework to do to stay up to date with the MCU.
