Kim Kardashian reportedly got a three-year restraining order against a man who 'stalked her for months'.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was granted a temporary order of protection against a man named Charles Peter Zelenoff, according to TMZ.

He had been 'stalking' the 40-year-old and had reportedly attempted to 'get inside' her Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles.

She attended a hearing on June 23 via audio call, with her legal team pushing for a five-year restraining order.

The reality star was only granted a three-year restraining order as the judge believed the man had not been 'threatening her' directly.

It is an extension of the temporary restraining order she filed last month.

Kardashian, who was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in 2016, had apparently claimed in court documents that the 'stalker' shared social media posts about his desire to pursue a physical relationship with her.

She had also claimed Zelenoff filmed clips on the edge of her gated home.

Mirror have contacted reps for comment.

Just last week, Kim had to take legal action against a man who sent her Plan B pills and an engagement ring.

He had repeatedly shown up at her Calabasas mansion.

The court documents state that Kim insists Costanza has shown up to her property a number of times already this year – including once in February, and then last month, he reappeared.

The restraining order comes after her half-sister Kendall Jenner had a suspected trespasser try to break into her home.

The 25-year-old model had been forced to deal with a number of attempted break-ins in recent months.

TMZ reported that a 23-year-old man appeared at the model's property earlier this month and tried to enter the gated community she lives in.

In both March and April this year, the star was granted restraining orders against individuals trespassing on her property.

In the March case, the star was allegedly told by police that a man wanted to shoot her before shooting himself.

She was granted a temporary restraining order against the man and it was reported at the time that the incident had caused the star severe emotional stress and anxiety.

In April, Malik Bowker was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Kendall after the foiled plan went before the judge.

Shortly after in a separate incident, a 27-year-old man called Shaquan King was also ordered to stay more than 100 feet away from the model for five years.
