Prince Harry will have a special reason to regret missing The Queen's birthday this weekend – a visit from the US President and First Lady at Windsor Castle.
The Duke of Sussex, 36, has a special relationship with President Joe Biden's wife, Dr Jill Biden, 70 having bonded over a number of years, it has been reported.
But he will miss her visit this weekend for The Queen's birthday celebrations as he and his wife Meghan Markle are taking a break from public life following the recent birth of their second child, Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.
It comes after the couple gave a series of explosive TV interviews in which they accused the royal family of racism and "neglect" while they were attacked by the British media.

They have since met at several events including the Invictus Games in London where they have been photographed sharing a laugh in the audience.

Angela Levin, author of a book about Prince Harry, said the pair have quite the friendship.
She said: “The couple got on brilliantly despite the 33-year age gap, so much so that then-Vice President Joe Biden admitted: ‘She spent too much damn time with Prince Harry.’

“Harry will no doubt be sorry that he won’t be at Windsor when the Queen hosts the couple on June 13th.”
Ms Levin said Harry broke with the usual position of neutrality on politics by encouraging US voters to elect Joe Biden and unseat President Donald Trump last November.
Jill Biden has a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Delaware and has continued to work as an English professor at Northern Virginia Community College since becoming First Lady.

Judi James, a body language expert, said Harry and Dr Biden exhibited "strong body language signals of rapport and natural, easy-going, complimentary friendship".
She speculated that Harry seems relaxed around Dr Biden because the grounded First Lady treats him like a normal young man rather than a Prince.
Both have a strong interest in mental health and the military.

President Biden will be the 13th US President to meet the Queen, who has hosted every American head of state since taking the throne in 1952 except for Lyndon Johnson.
The Bidens sent a message to the Queen after her husband Prince Philip died in April of this year.
It said: "On behalf of all the people of the United States, we send our deepest condolences to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the entire Royal Family, and all the people of the United Kingdom.
"Jill and I are keeping the Queen and Prince Philip’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in our hearts during this time."
