Men's golf places ninth at West Florida

The Samford men’s golf team finished ninth out of ten teams in the Argonaut Invitational, hosted by West Florida University. The tournament was Samford’s first of the spring season.
The team finished the tournament with a two-day score of 899. Junior Ian Cutting led the Bulldogs with a 19th place overall finish, shooting a combined score of 220. West Florida won the tournament with a final score of 847.
The Samford men will be back on the course on March 10 when they host the Samford Intercollegiate Tournament at Limestone Springs Golf Course in Oneonta, Ala.
