Emily London, freshman forward on the Samford women’s basketball team was named OVC Newcomer of the Week for the fourth time this season for her performances against Tennessee Tech and Murray State last week.
The award surfaced an already star-studded freshman season for London, who leads the team in scoring with 12.5 points per game. She ranks second in the league in three-point percentage (49.1%) and fourth in field goal percentage (51.8%).
