What’s our prediction?

The Premier League champions should have enough to see off Brendan Rodgers’ FA Cup winners but these games can be difficult to call as it’s hard to know how far along both teams’ preparations are. But City were comfortably the best team in the country last season and the addition of Jack Grealish is a mouth-watering one, so they’re backed to come out on top.

Predicted score: Manchester City 2 Leicester City 0
