With a very public dumping and tears by the bucketload, Amy Hart had her fair share of drama on the 2019 series of Love Island.

Wearing her heart on her sleeve, fans have likened her love for Curtis to Liberty's "feels" for Jake but Amy says she hopes the couple can go on to win the show.

Speaking exclusively to the Mirror she said: "I think Jake and Liberty can win. I see them as a sort of Siannice and Luke T and they could just pip Millie and Liam to the post.

"I think their relationship is getting stronger and stronger and all the time [Jake] can see Liberty his head won't be turned. I just really hope he can resist temptation at Casa Amor."

Love Island fans were left stunned after Jake snogged Kaz in front of a horrified Liberty and with more bombshells on their way in tonight's episode Jiberty is far from a done deal.

In fact Love Island alum Curtis is not convinced Liberty and Jake are going to last.

The ballroom dancer, who was famously coupled up with Amy told the Mirror: "He loves the personality but he's not sure about the attraction, the 'ripping off the clothes, wanting to be around you 24/7.' I don't think it's going to last."

And Amy herself admits that if one of them were to get dumped at Casa Amor it's going to make things difficult.

"If someone gets dumped at Casa Amor and finds someone [that couple] could win because if you couple up that early there's only so much you can really do," she commented.

Speaking of a pair that coupled up early Amy said she was shocked when labourer of love Brad nominated himself to leave the island.

"I was so shocked and gutted when Brad left but it just shows him to be a really genuine person – it was very sad," she said.

Brad left the show to save bombshell Lucinda who Amy feels she has to stick up for as they both used to work as cabin crew for BA together.

When asked about whether the starlet had really entered the villa to find love in light of the rumours about her already having a boyfriend she said: "I don't know. She's ex-BA crew so I feel very connected, we've got lots of mutual friends so I have to stuck up fo the Gatwick girl.

"But I went into the villa to genuinely find love and if I was in there with someone who wasn't I'd be very upset.

"Each to their own – stay true to why you're in there and if she's got a boyfriend as long as she doesn't lead anyone down the garden path, that's fine."

Fans will find out tonight which of the islanders will go home as the villa prepares to make way for three new bombshells.

When asked about whose time she thinks has come to an end Amy predicted it would be Danny and AJ who would be packing their bags back to Blighty.

Amy said she didn't know if Lucinda was really looking for love in the villa

"Logistically they're not going to vote out Toby or Chloe because they're OGs and they're not going to vote out Lucinda or Teddy because it'll be their other halves doing the voting out," she said.

Love Island will wave goodbye to a girl and boy on the show tonight, before welcoming three new Islanders in their place.
