Gary 'Gaz' Beadle was always the life of the party during his time on Geordie Shore.
However, even the 33-year-old reality star admits things changed when he met his now fiancée Emma McVey.
The couple are set to marry this weekend, after having delayed their nuptials in the past to care for their poorly daughter.
"I wouldn't say she 'tamed' me, it was just the right time," he told The Mirror last year.
"We'd been speaking for a while and she's one of the only girls as well who was never a***d about going to showbiz events and getting papped …
Gaz and Emma are set to tie the knot this weekend
"She's just a normal, really good mum and it keeps me very grounded. I feel like I live a normal life now."
And now the couple – who got engaged in November 2019 – are finally set to say 'I do' this weekend after months of delays.
Counting down the days, Emma posted a snap of herself in a white outfit and captioned it: "3 days…"

Gaz has also been busy counting down the days and just a few days ago, he begged his fans for advice on how to feel less nervous.
"1 week today …. and it’s our big day… excited nervous scared … but can’t wait …. any advice on how not to be nervous," he wrote.
Whilst one fan suggested he should just "breathe", others told him to just "concentrate" on his wife-to-be.
Gaz joined Geordie Shore in 2011
Gaz and Emma – who share Chester and Primrose together – were forced to delay their wedding last year to look after their sick daughter, but the Geordie Shore star thinks that it only made them "stronger".
"The last three or four months it's been so hard to even think about the wedding. Having kids is a massive test. I think it's important to have kids before you get married because getting married is easy, it's just a label," he told The Sun newspaper.

"You hear a lot of people break up in the year after having kids.
"You're sleep deprived and it's totally brand new, it's really hard. But if anything it's made us stronger."
