Britney Spears' boyfriend Sam Asghari has reportedly not proposed to the songstress following recent speculation from fans.
The Toxic hitmaker, 39, publicly made it known that she wants to marry Sam during her recent conservatorship hearing in court.
She gave her jaw-dropping testimony in a bid to get her father Jamie Spears removed from her conservatorship, which has been in place since 2008 and gives Jamie control over financial and personal affairs.
Britney, who has been with Sam for five years, alleged in court that she had been forced to have an IUD to stop her getting married and having any more children.

But now a TMZ source says Sam did not pop the question to Britney during their recent break in Maui – where fans predicted he would get down on one knee during their romantic break.
However the insider has revealed that the pair have "talked about marriage", but have "never formalised it with a proposal".
The couple reportedly jetted off to the island after her explosive court hearing – where a judge denied Britney's request to suspend Jamie as sole conservator – meaning he remains in control of her life.

But it appears no proposal went ahead as sources say Britney and Sam are "already back in Los Angeles".
Meanwhile, friends of the pop star have urged her to carry on the “fight for her freedom”.
Former boyfriend Justin Timberlake, 40, and singers Mariah Carey, 51, and Christina Aguilera, 40, declared their support for her.

Christina tweeted: “I’ve been thinking about Britney and everything she is going through. It is unacceptable that any woman or human, wanting to be in control of their own destiny might not be allowed to live life as they wish.”
Jamie Spears, 68, has filed a petition to investigate the claims Britney raised in court.
He expressed worries over Jodi Montgomery, Britney's temporary conservator since 2019, and said he was “concerned about the management and care of his daughter”.
The Mirror has contacted Britney's representative for a comment.
