Chelsea's Thomas Tuchel will be looking for similar results in the upcoming season after he claimed the Champions League trophy for the Blues last term.
The club faced fellow English side Manchester City in the final and defeated them 1-0 thanks to a Kai Havertz goal.
Winning the trophy was the perfect start to Tuchel's Chelsea career after taking over from Frank Lampard midway through the season.
He will now have his eyes on the Premier League title which is currently held by City.
To do so he will make changes to his squad and will try to balance retaining stars with bringing new players in.
One rumour is that the side are trying to bag Jules Kounde with Manchester United also in the running to sign him.

Timo Werner could leave Chelsea this summer
Werner could leave the Blues
German star Timo Werner hasn't had the greatest season at Chelsea with many fans criticising his finishing skills.
And his agent Karlheinz Forsterbe hasn't ruled out a move away from the Premier League club.
He told Sport1 : "Julian let Timo play in a different position at Leipzig. A bit like Thomas Muller at Bayern. Julian and Timo appreciate each other.
"Of course, I don’t yet know what will happen in three or four years. Football is fast moving."

Gerrard interested in Gilmour
Norwich City were the first club to throw their hat in the ring to sign Billy Gilmour on loan from Chelsea but now it seems Rangers are also interested.
That's according to the Daily Record who report manager Steven Gerrard is keen to get the midfielder.
And while Tuchel is an admirer Gilmour he could let the Scot go as he doesn't yet think he's a first-team regular.

Colwill goes out on loan
Youngster Levi Colwill has signed a loan deal for Huddersfield Town.
The contract will last the entire season and the defender will gain valuable experience at the Championship side.
Head of Football Operations Leigh Bromby said: "It’s fantastic that we’ve been able to take the opportunity to bring a player as talented as Levi to the Club.
“We’ve said that Premier League loans often tend to happen later in a transfer window, as parent clubs understandably want to keep their best youngsters in-house during pre-season. Chelsea have shown real faith in us by making an early decision to send Levi here to continue his development, which is testament to the hard work our team has put in to showcase our plans for him.
“Chelsea have high hopes for Levi, and we believe he can make a real impact for us in the Championship this coming season. He fits all the criteria we look for in our system in a left-sided centre back, and I’m sure he will continue to improve under Carlos and our coaches.
“I’d like to thank Neil Bath at Chelsea for their help during our negotiations.”
