Elsewhere, Jacqueline begged her followers for some helpful tips after suffering from horrific period pains earlier this week.
The former soap actress took to Instagram to ask her 3.2 million followers for their remedies when suffering from pain during their time of the month.
The mum-of-two revealed that she’s been suffering with ‘excruciating’ pain in recent months but hasn’t gone to the doctor about her problem as she doesn’t want to ‘bother’ busy NHS staff.
Jacqueline also said she doesn’t want to go back on the contraceptive pill which is known to ease cramps during cycles but revealed that she’s been using the copper coil since giving birth to her youngest daughter Mia, 3.
The former EastEnders star, 28, also shared a heartwarming selfie with Dan
Former I’m A Celebrity champion took to her Instagram Stories to pen: “The excruciating pain I’m in every month with my period recently is so bad.
“I don’t want to bother the doctors as I know it’s going to be either go back on the pill (really don’t want to do that, my body doesn’t do well with hormones pumping through). I have the copper coil in and it’s been there for three years since Mia really.
“They have been so bad and are getting worse recently. I need help. I don’t want to go on the pill. Are there other options?” Jacqueline asked.
Earlier this week, Jac begged her followers for advice as she opened up about suffering from painful periods
The star, who shares two daughters, Mia and Ella, with husband Dan Osborne went on to admit that she’s fearful of ditching any form of contraception and ‘following an app’ because her unplanned life is too hectic.
Jacqueline admitted that she would be too ‘scared’ of forgetting to follow her natural cycle.
She added: "I don’t want to have anything and to have to follow an app. This is too scary for my unplanned life, lol. I don’t usually talk about this stuff but I’m in such pain and it honestly ruins me for a few days. Honestly, it’s so bad."
