Jose Mourinho has been proved right after his lavish praise of Bukayo Saka before the Arsenal star turned in a fine performance for England.
The Three Lions have topped their group at Euro 2020 after two wins and a draw.
The latest victory came against Czech Republic in a 1-0 result where Raheem Sterling scored from a Jack Grealish cross as Gareth Southgate utilised his squad.
There was a start for Saka, who replaced Phil Foden in the line-up, and was a huge success – heavily involved in much of England's better play.
The 19-year-old was making just his first start for the Three Lions at a major tournament but looked unfazed by the magnitude while the youngster has a big fan in the shape of Mourinho.
Bukayo Saka was given the man of the match award
After the win, Saka was awarded the man of the match, who started ahead of the likes of Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho.
Prior to kick-off, Mourinho was speaking on talkSPORT and heaped praise on the teenager while insisting he has plenty of experience, despite his young age.
“It’s not about young or old,” Mourinho said. “It’s about quality, talent, personality and experience.

“The guy is young, but has experience at big club and the best league in the world. I believe he is very talented, very confident, he can play in many positions.
“Of course people speak about Sancho and Rashford, there are so many good players. But I truly believe in Saka because I think he’s a very good boy.”
Saka's rise has been astonishing at Arsenal, where he has already made 84 appearances in two seasons.
Who should Southgate start against Germany? Have your say in the comments below.
Bukayo Saka was a star performer for England against Czech Republic
As for England, their victory means they will face Germany on Tuesday in the first knockout round.
It remains to be seen what line-up Southgate will announce but he will likely return to some of the players left out against Czceh Republic.
Jordan Henderson was also a late sub on Tuesday as the England boss looks to ease the Liverpool captain back into the first-team fold.
The midfielder had not played since February but is desperate to start against Germany, as is Harry Maguire he made the XI earlier this week.
But question marks remain over the availability of Chelsea stars Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell, who have been training away from the group after pictures emerged of the pair speaking to Billy Gilmour during England's 0-0 draw with Scotland.
The young midfielder has since contracted Covid and despite both Mount and Chilwell returning two negative tests each, the duo have been advised to self-isolate.
