Ex-EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite has made an Instagram account for her adorable new pup named Bowie.

The 50-year-old actress created the page – which has already racked up over 500 followers – to give fans their daily fix of her beloved dog.

Bowie's welcoming bio reads: "Hello. I am Bowie. I am boy dog. My sister dog is @piptheminidog. Have good day."

Tamzin shared her pup's new account on her own, writing: "Baby boy is sooo peaceful @bowietheminidog."

She then shared some heartwarming videos of Bowie fast asleep, zooming in on her furry friend.

So far, Bowie only has 14 posts on the account, but they are all super cute.

Bowie has his very own Instagram account

Snaps show Bowie posing with deodorant, a retro radio and WD-40, with the caption for that snap reading: "This sounds scary when pressed…."

Bowie appeared to get the attention of other dogs' accounts, with other pooch owners leaving comments on the images.

Tamzin appears to have formed a strong bond with her sidekick as she later posted on her own account an image of herself relaxing on the sofa watching the England game on Tuesday.

"Happy 71st Mummy… We all miss you but feel you all the time. I have honestly never heard anyone say a negative word about my mum… (apart from her terrible time keeping) what a beautiful achievement."

She also posted the hashtag: "Always trying to be more like you."
