Lucy Mecklenburgh welcomed her first son into the world in March 2020.
And she proved just how great mums are at multitasking as she uploaded a snap of her looking after her and partner Ryan Thomas ' son Roman as she completed one of her workouts.
The sweet photo shared with her 1.7 million followers was captured by the former Coronation Street star.
Dressed in her matching gym gear for the photo, Lucy was dubbed a "super mama" by one of her followers as she continued to do her bicycle crunches while busy breastfeeding her little one, who clung onto her.

"Mama multitasking at its best!! Bicycle crunches & breastfeeding," she wrote alongside the pic on Instagram.
"So glad @ryanthomas84 got this photo! I love it."
Lucy has documented her breastfeeding journey over the past 15 months.

And to celebrate her son's first birthday, she got candid with her fans about her breastfeeding struggles as her son has CMPA – an allergy babies can have to the protein in cows milk.
"This Sunday Roman turns 1. This also marks 1 year of breastfeeding which to be completely honest with u I feel really proud of," she said.

"No that's not me trying to put down women that chose not to or women that stopped earlier than me or women that weren't able to. Like everything in motherhood we are all on our own journeys with our own unique babies. I simply share my experiences."
The 29-year-old Only Way Is Essex star admitted she felt "trapped" by CMPA.

"CMPA made me feel trapped. I was so relieved to have found the reason Roman was so unwell & unhappy but it also felt like a HUGE responsibility on me," she explained.
"I gave him 1oz of neocate amino acid formula as I wanted the reassurance that if I needed to there was an alternative way to feed him. He was soooo ill & I felt this overwhelming sense of pressure."

"I soon accepted I was going to attempt to get to 1 yr then he could slowly move onto a plant based milk. I built up a small milk stash in the freezer for emergencies & this straight away made me feel more relaxed."
"I quit pumping around 7months & breast feeding also became easier, more manageable & actually quite enjoyable!!"
