Made In Chelsea 's Louise Thompson may have only revealed she was pregnant last month but the 31-year-old's bump is coming along nicely.

The reality TV star is currently 19 weeks through her pregnancy and she was glowing in recent snaps shared to Instagram.

Louise donned black and grey gym leggings and a matching cropped top as she posed for pics showing off her ever growing belly.

And she admits that her "changing body" took a bit of getting used to.

Alongside the sweet pics, the star wrote a lengthy post. She started: "My tummy has POPPED. This morning I took my t-shirt off after hosting my live workout and noticed that I'd been hiding a balloon under my chest.

"For the past 5 (ish) years I've worked out a lot, eaten relatively healthily (most of the time), and basically had the pleasure of looking down at a six pack.

"I always thought that I was going to handle pregnancy like a G and be a super stoic, and a superwoman."

Louise said that she never anticipated the changes she's noticed and how quickly her body was changing.

She continued: "I started noticing pretty big changes from week 3 of pregnancy and then things have just continued to escalate and shock me ever since.

"'Some days I wake up looking curvy, some days I wake up looking tiny, some days I wake up and I love the way I look and others I don't."

But she admitted that the most important thing was that she is growing a "tiny human in this safe little bonnet" and confessed that she trusts that her body will tell her if she's doing things right or wrong.

She finished her post by saying: "I'm happy to have another 6 months slowing down and treating my bod with the ultimate respect it deserves. (and finally treating it to some cold crunchy vegetables)."

The update comes just a week after she shared a series of sensational snaps where she showed off her bump while lying on a bed wearing white pyjamas and cradling her growing bump.

In the post she said: "I might not recognise that body but I recognise the smile. I love these photos because @ryan.libbey took them."

And the star also previously detailed what other effect pregnancy was having on her body as she told her followers she has had blemish-free skin but has been having hair loss.
