Jacqueline Jossa has begged her followers for some helpful tips after suffering from horrific period pains.

The ex-EastEnders actress, 28, took to Instgram to ask her 3.2 million followers for their remedies when suffering from pain during their time of the month.

The mum-of-two revealed that she’s been suffering with ‘excruciating’ pain in recent months but hasn’t gone to the doctor about her problem as she doesn’t want to ‘bother’ busy NHS staff.

Jacqueline also said she doesn’t want to go back on the contraceptive pill which is known to ease cramps during cycles but revealed that she’s been using the copper coil since giving birth to her youngest daughter Mia, 3.

Former I’m A Celebrity champion took to her Instagram Stories to pen: “The excruciating pain I’m in every month with my period recently is so bad.
