A British man who allegedly fired at officers during a Costa del Sol bike chase has been arrested.
The 22-year-old suspect was held when his revolver jammed after he reportedly fired a single shot.
He was suspected of drink-driving when police tried to stop his motorbike in the resort of Marbella.
Plain-clothes officers in an unmarked car alerted by their colleagues chased him through the town and along a dual carriageway towards Malaga with their lights flashing.
The Brit is said to have opened fire just east of the resort in an area known as Rio Real after coming to a halt as police neared him from behind and throwing his motorbike on the ground.
