Roman Kemp has officially become a millionaire aged 28.

The Capital FM presenter's bank account has now sky-rocketed to seven figures, according to The Mail on Sunday.

There's no doubt being the son of Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, 59, has helped him achieve the incredible milestone.

Nevertheless, Roman has made a name for himself in the showbiz industry and has had his fair share of lucrative deals, including one with high-street retailer Marks & Spencer and also an ITV weekend show.

Joining forces with his father appears to have helped, as sources close to Roman and Martin revealed that the pair have been offered chances to front campaigns together in money-making deals.

According to the publication, the pair are offered as a double act to potential clients as they share the same talent agency and agent.

It comes after Roman was reportedly offered a £150,000 deal with M&S earlier this year.

The radio presenter was asked to model a menswear collection with the brand.

Roman and his dad also have their own show – Martin & Roman's Weekend Best – which is broadcast on ITV on Saturdays and Sundays.

They duo are reportedly each paid £10,000 an episode. They also frequently appear on Channel 4's Celebrity Gogglebox, and are said to be earning £42,000 per series.

In recent weeks, Roman says he assured his dad an appearance on Gogglebox would be a good way for people to see the real him.

He said: "I've always loved it but I had to convince my dad to do it. They approached us and I was like, "Oh my God absolutely let's do it.'

"Then I said to my dad, 'Will you do it with me? Because they want us to do it together'.

"And he said, 'No I don't think so. I don't want people in the house. I don't want people to see me scratching my bits and all that.'

"I said, 'Dad you have no idea how good this will be."

The pair have proved to be favourites on the reality show, and are likely to keep making appearances as and when.

The Mirror has contacted Roman's representative for a comment.
