Tottenham have been warned they could lose two big stars this summer as former player Darren Anderton fears Son Heun-min could leave if Harry Kane walks away from the club.

Kane has expressed his desire to leave Spurs this summer with Manchester United, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain all being linked with a big-money swoop for the England captain.

And if Kane departs, Tottenham have been told it could lead to Son also leaving the club.

The South Korean star is in talks to extend his contract at Tottenham, but Anderton believes he could contemplate his future at the club if Kane goes.

He told GentingBet : "If you see a team-mate go on and leave you're disappointed. Why wouldn't you be? And, at that point, if you don't do well the following season then you're going to ask the questions yourself.

"Of course, you're happy for your team-mate if he goes on and wins the Premier League somewhere or the Champions League, but there'll be a little bit of envy in there that you want that as well.

"You want a piece of that. And if you don't believe that that's going to happen at the club you're at, then you're going to start thinking about moving on.

"Sonny's a great guy, isn't he? He loves Tottenham.

"I think we can all see that. I don't think it's anything to worry about just yet but if the club do not get back on that path of improving and getting back into the Champions League then your top players are going to start to question whether they want to be there."

While there is a lot of interest in Kane, any potential deal will be signed after the Euros conclude on July 11.

The England skipper has featured in one win and a draw so far with the team needing to pick up at least a point against the Czech Republic on Tuesday to guarantee a last-16 spot.

And while Kane's form was good for Tottenham in the 20-21 season, winning the Premier League's Golden Boot and Playmaker awards, his performance so far in the Euros has been criticised.

Roy Keane told ITV: "Harry Kane looks leggy, he's not up to speed, on his heels all the time.

"If England are to compete in this competition, they are going to need their star men to perform. I'm glad Gareth [Southgate] took him off, he's wasn't performing. Kane is a big problem."

And Graeme Souness added: "He looks a shadow of the player we know he is

"He looks leggy and lacking enthusiasm. He's not getting a great deal from England's midfield, which isn't working, but Harry looks tired and jaded. This is a guy who might have a big move this summer; he needs to wake himself up."
