James Argent looks incredible in his latest gym snap.
The former TOWIE star has lot five stone after having gastric band surgery following advice from doctors.
The 33-year-old was dangerously overweight after hitting 27 stone, with doctors telling him he could die if he didn't lose weight.
After the terrifying wake up call, Arg is said to be feeling "10 years younger" after adopting a new healthier lifestyle and taking up exercise.
While the reality star is looking fantastic, he says his journey is far from over and he wants to lose another three stone.
Sharing a new snap on Instagram, Arg unveiled his trimmed down figure as he posed up holding a dumbbell in each hand.

He wore a tight-fitting grey hoodie that highlighted his slimmed down torso and smiled for the camera, with his brown curly hair framing his happy face.
A source told The Sun: "Arg feels amazing and about 10 years younger. He’s never been as fit and healthy as this and he only wants to continue going in the same direction.
"It's given him new found confidence and he is determined to stretch himself with more and more challenges.
"On the downside all this working out means he has less time to meet someone – but there will be plenty of time for that. Arg is in a great place right now and it is all down to his weight-loss journey."

Arg has been helped along the way by best pal Mark Wright and his brother Josh, who run a fitness company together, who stepped in to help him lost weight.
Opening up recently about his weight loss, Arg said on Steph's Packed Lunch: "It felt horrible, I was always extremely uncomfortable, I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.
"It felt depressing and it just wasn’t me. Now I’m starting to feel like myself again and I’m excited about what the future is going to bring.

"It was scary being 27 stone… It was serious, doctors were telling me how dangerous it was… I knew it was something I had to address pretty quickly."
He added: "I’m four stone lighter now. It’s a really good start. Four stone out of 11 or 12 might seem like a drop in the ocean but I’m pleased I’ve made progress already.
