Jose Mourinho has launched another dig at Eden Hazard, labelling him an “awful trainer” and suggesting he doesn’t have the right attitude to be at the top of the game.
Hazard played under Mourinho during the Portuguese’s second spell at Chelsea, winning a Premier League title in 2013/14.
But the pair enjoyed a famously combustible relationship during their time together, with Mourinho once telling a dressing room they were “playing with 10 men” thanks to Hazard’s lack of defensive work.
The Belgian was also believed to be at the heart of Mourinho’s downfall at Chelsea, as a number of senior professionals turned against him in the final months of his tenure.

Hazard has admitted that he was partially to blame, claiming he wasn’t physically in the best condition he could have been in.
"In 12 years I've only had one bad season, the last six months under Mourinho and it was partly my own fault. After the title, we asked Mourinho for extra holidays. I came back totally out of shape," Hazard said previously.
The winger was left frustrated with Mourinho’s tactics in a crucial Champions League tie in 2014, only for his manager to hit back with a not-so-glowing review of his work rate.

"When these comments come from a player like Eden, it is normal, because he is not the kind of player who is ready to sacrifice himself 100% for his team-mates," Mourinho said at the time.
"At the same time, the comments were not even critical. No I am not happy [with Hazard]. I speak with him all season and try to improve him all season."
The two appeared to bury the hatchet in the preceding years, with Mourinho paying tribute to his talents in subsequent meetings during his days in the Manchester United dugout.

But coming off the back of his worst season as a professional, Mourinho has rekindled the rivalry, claiming his poor attitude on the training pitch stops him from reaching the game’s pinnacle.
Asked about his former charge, Mourinho told talkSPORT: “An amazing player with awful training.
“He gets on the pitch every morning and he doesn’t work much. You can imagine what he could be if he was a top professional.”
The new Roma boss had been linked with a move for the 30-year-old as he eyes a rebuild this summer after replacing Paulo Fonseca.
Hazard has been a flop for Real Madrid since leaving Chelsea in a deal which could reach £140million with add-ons.
Reports have suggested Los Blancos could be open to selling the forward as they look to navigate their way out of financial trouble.
However, a move to the Stadio Olimpico now looks highly unlikely after Mourinho’s latest scathing review.
