Will Smith admitted he is in "the worst shape" last month and joked he "looks like a circle".

But in a bid to ditch the dad-bod he's been hitting the gym in recent weeks.

And on Wednesday he took to Instagram to show his fans he is getting into the swing of things – albeit a bit too literally!

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air star, 52, shared a hilarious video of himself "trying to remember how to use a gym after quarantine".

In the skit, the star is seen poking fun at himself and others who might need a little bit of a refresher course when it comes to using exercise equipment for the first time in a while.

The Gettin' Jiggy Wit It singer outstandingly shot himself using a variety of exercise equipment incorrectly.

The video goes on to show him swinging from a hanging rope trainer in one section, while in another he amusingly tries to work his legs on the chest press.

He captioned the mock-up video: "Feeling the burn in places I didn't even know were places."
