Susannah Constantine has shared a gory snap of her wound after she fell over and hit her head on a rock during a run.
The 59-year-old fashion guru took to her Instagram on Thursday to share her bloodied head, which looked rather nasty.
She looked straight at the camera, showing off the scab which began to form just above her eyebrow.
Susannah looked unimpressed as she gave her fans a glimpse of the wound.
But despite the pain, it appears she managed to see the funny side of the situation as she joked about being "uncoordinated" in the caption.
She wrote: "Fell and smacked my head on a rock running. Most uncoordinated person I know. No wonder I was s**t on Strictly."
Susannah Constantine showed off her nasty injury
In 2018, Susannah was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner Anton Du Beke – but the pair were the first to be eliminated.
In the comments section, many wished her a speedy recovery as they expressed their concerns over the wound.
Others couldn't help but laugh at Susannah's rather sarcastic caption.

"Brilliant… I don't mean falling.. your sense of humour," one shared.
A second added: "Laughing OUT LOUD!!!"
"Love your sense of humour! But honestly, lucky you didn't damage your eye," a third shared.
Susannah recently shared how she is working on her health after revealing she is an alcoholic last November.
The TV star attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
Susannah joked about being 's**t on Strictly'
Susannah said at the time: "It's not something I've spoken about before really, but it's important. I'm in recovery, so I'm an alcoholic.
"As an addict, I would get all my own defects and find someone else to attach them to.
"And so I thought my husband was passive-aggressive, but actually I was the one. I was the angry passive-aggressive and my poor husband had to live with it."
Susannah is married to Sten Bertelsen, and the couple share three children together.
