She told The Sun: "What I was doing was a suicide mission. I never actually thought, 'I want to kill myself', but ultimately I was killing myself.

"I was crying out for help when I couldn’t actually ask for help. But when you're an addict, it feels like there’s no way out."

She reportedly turned to alcohol "as a crutch" following a number of health issues during lockdown.

Michelle said that she was encouraged to go to rehab by her friend Katie Price, who could see she was struggling with addiction.

She said: "I was shaking and I was crying. I was intoxicated. Katie Price said, 'Right, you're going to The Priory.'"

The star then went on to explain she'd surrounded herself with "enablers" during her partying and pushed away her good friends because of the "shame".

The songstress admitted she'd been downing two bottles of wine and a bottle of vodka every day, and taking party drug cocaine.

Her gym session comes nearly a week after she and her husband Hugh Hanley took their children Faith and AJ for a fun family day out at Chessington World of Adventures.

She had a huge smile on her face all day as she enjoyed all of the rides with her family.

Michelle looked stunning in an orange vest top and a pair of khaki-coloured jogging bottoms, which she teamed with white trainers for the day out.
