Mark Ronson has always been "driven" – but thinks his addiction to work has stopped his past relationships from going further.

The Uptown Funk singer – who is now engaged to Meryl Streep’s daughter Grace Gummer – thinks his past romances didn't work out because his focus was on building his career rather than finding love.

"Did the relationships not work because I was so driven, or was I so driven because I had a hole in my soul or psyche from something else?"

"What was even driving me that much?" he pondered on the Boardroom: Out of Office podcast.
