Earlier this month, reality TV personality Millie Mackintosh announced she's pregnant with her second child, just over a year since she welcomed daughter Sienna into the world.

Speaking during a revealing Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, the former Made in Chelsea star, who is married to her co-star Hugo Taylor, admitted that while she's excited, she does have some worries ahead of giving birth again so soon.

When one follower asked her how she was handling her second pregnancy, the mum-of-one admitted she was "freaking out."

"I have spent a lot of time lying on the floor while Sienna plays next to me!" she said.

The mum-of-one was honest with her followers about her parenting worries.

"It's more exhausting for sure but I feel calmer about the pregnancy. Still massively freaking out about how to handle two under two!!!"

The E4 star and husband Hugo both became parents for the first time in 2020 with the arrival of daughter Sienna in May.

Millie, who was previously married to rapper Professor Green, has since revealed that having a child together has changed their marriage.

"Hugo and I have got a really good friendship and that just feels even stronger now we've had Sienna," she told Hello! magazine earlier this year.

Revealing that her pregnancy came as a bit of a shock, she wrote: "I thought we would have a bigger age gap, it took us a bit by surprise this time but I'm so glad they will be close in age and hopefully really close!"

When asked by one follower how she was feeling about giving birth again, Millie was positive about it all.

"I had such a positive experience with my c section the 1st time around, I am honestly not worried, actually very excited to experience it again!" she replied.

The fashion lover also spoke honestly when asked by one fan how she feels about her body changing again as she carries her second child.

"I felt in a good place physically when I got pregnant again, I had just shot my cover for @womenshealthuk (Clearly I was feeling sexy,)" she answered.

"My weight had just returned to my pre pregnancy weight the day before I found out I was pregnant again."

She continued saying: "I wouldn't say I was back to 'normal'. Things have change since having a baby, my core strength is definitely not what it was pre Sienna but I am glad my fitness levels were good and I have kept up working out 3-4 times a week although it's now low intensity.

"I am embracing having a bump and boobs again, I love watching my body change every week it's truly amazing and although it's the second time I still feel in awe of what my body is doing!"
