Actress Rebel Wilson has shed around 66lbs (roughly five stone) on her weight loss journey – and she's reminded herself to keep going as she is "brilliant".

The Pitch Perfect star, 41, took to her Instagram over the weekend and motivated herself to maintain her current lifestyle, after saying 2020 was her "year of health".

She is looking incredible, but Rebel appears to be pushing herself even further, despite reaching her goal weight in November.

Sharing a gorgeous snap of herself on set, she wrote: "I know it's hard right now, I know you're trying to deal with stuff – but let's keep getting up every day and CRUSH IT – work out, hydrate, fuel your body with quality food …show your brilliant brain and your big heart.

Rebel added: "Remember the vision. Love you."

In recent weeks, the Hollywood star has been showing off her newly slimmed-down figure with the world.

Speaking in an interview with InStyle, Rebel said: “Now that I know I can do it, sometimes I feel sad that I didn’t do it earlier.

“Maybe I should have tried when I was 30, not 40. But everybody’s journey is different, and it’s not a race or competition.”

Part of her method to improve her health was to go to the gym more often and to "avoid sugar and junk food."

The TV star showed off her shrinking frame as she made a comeback to the world of acting this month.

The new comedy, ‘Senior Year’, is about a cheerleader who awakens from a twenty-year coma, and then returns to high school to try and win the prom queen crown that she did not get before, according to Deadline.

Rebel had taken a break from 2020 after starring in numerous projects over the previous year such as her comedy ‘Isn’t it Romantic’.

She also took supporting roles in Taika Waititi’s ‘Jojo Rabbit’ and the ensemble of the live-action adaptation of ‘Cats’, which left audiences surprised.

Now Rebel is back after her health drive and starring again in her new movie.
