Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are said to be getting on well now that they are divorcing – and after the last few months of their marriage saw them breaking into furious rows and tearful discussions.
The pair revealed earlier this year that their marriage was at an end – seven years after they tied-the-knot in an extravagant ceremony in Italy in front of friends and celebrities.
The 40-year-old reality star and the 43-year-old rapper were spotted having emotion-fuelled discussions in a parked car in Wyoming last year when speculation was rife that their marriage was over.
But now that the pair have split and are making arrangements for their respective futures, that include children North, eight, Saint, five, Chicago, three and two-year-old Psalm, they are said to be getting along “peacefully”.
Kim Kardashian is said to be getting along 'peacfully' with soon-to-be ex-husband Kanye West
A source told Heat Magazine: “Kanye stays for an hour or so each time, because they want this to be a gradual process.
“There’s still a lot of issues to be resolved with splitting assets and agreeing to a firm custody agreement, and that will be done through mediation when the time is right.
“For now, they just want to establish some ground rules and keep things civil for the kids.

Kardashians cruelly branded 'stiff and boring' as Kim, Khloe and Kourtney reunite
“Eventually, Kim wants them to get to a place where they can respect each other’s wishes.
“Kanye’s not exactly happy about the current situation, but as the dust settles, he’s taking a far more pragmatic view, which is why he’s agreed to these meetings. He’s willing to wait until they figure out a compromise.”
Throughout 2020, Kim and Kanye were dogged by rumours that their relationship was hanging on a thread with reports suggesting the pair were already leading separate lives.
However it wasn’t until this year that the pair declared their marriage was over – with divorce proceedings announced back in February.
Kim and Kanye have four children between them
Fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians have only in recent weeks seen the impact the collapse of the marriage had on Kim – with the reality star revealing the relationship came to an end because they wouldn’t watch the same TV shows or work out at the gym together.
In scenes that aired last week, an emotional Kim declared: “after turning 40 this year I realised, no, I don't want a husband that lives in a completely different state to me. I thought, 'oh my God, that's when we're getting along the best'.
"But that is sad to me and that's not what I want. I want someone that we have the same shows in common, I want someone that wants to work out with me."
