It's going to be a new-look Spurs next season under Paulo Fonseca.

The former Roma boss is set to be appointed as Tottenham 's manager this week as the club finally name Jose Mourinho's successor.

Fonseca will link up with Paratici the club's new director of football with wholesale changes expected this summer.

Paratici isn't wasting any time waiting for Fonseca's official arrival either as he has already started working on Spurs' signing plans for next season.

Paratici, who spent 11 years at Juventus, is expected to become the public face of the club's hierarchy and have a huge say on their transfer dealings.

football.london reports that he is looking to cash in on several players to fund their budget and has told certain individuals they can look for a new club this summer.

And according to La Repubblica, Fonseca has started looking at potential replacements from his former club.

Spurs will have to compete Barcelona, Manchester United and Liverpool for his signature, however, after an impressive campaign with the Serie A side under Fonseca.

Pellegrini could provide the goals from midfield that have sorely been missed since Christian Eriksen joined Inter Milan 18 months ago.

It's no secret Spurs are also on the lookout for at least one centre-half during the window after a dismal season defensively and Mancini could be the perfect candidate to strengthen that department.

The 25-year-old is highly rated in Italy and his no-nonsense approach could shore up Tottenham's backline if he were to follow Fonseca to London.

Villar, who plays as a central midfielder, wouldn't be a regular starter straight away, but has plenty of promise and room for improvement at the age of 23.

We've taken a look at how Spurs could line-up under Fonseca if he manages to link up with his former three players.

Potential Spurs XI under Paulo Fonseca : Lloris, Alderweireld, Mancini, Doherty, Reguilon, Højbjerg, Ndombele, Pellegrini, Son, Lucas Moura, Kane.
