Geordie Shore star Sam Gowland is making his mark in the property world by designing luxury mansions for his growing portfolio.

The TV star, who first made a splash on Love Island before popping up on Geordie Shore, is planning a string of posh pads which will boast built-in bars, cinema rooms and hydrotherapy suites.

Not content on completing his self-built home i n Backworth, North Tyneside, which he put on the market for close to half a million earlier this year, he has now revealed plans to build an even bigger house for himself at the Wynyard Estate on the outskirts of County Durham, reports ChronicleLive.

Sam will work closely with buyers during the planning stages to tailor the property to their individual style.

Five-star features will include a opulent a cinema room, private bar, gym, sauna, steam room, and hydro resistance pool.

Underfloor heating will be fitted throughout, as well as integrated sound systems and intelligent lighting.

Sam's own house will have seven bedrooms, a swimming pool, sunken lounge and cinema and even a third-floor "penthouse nightclub".
