Kylian Mbappe was reportedly 'so livid' with France teammate Olivier Giroud that he almost held a press conference to vent his anger.
France beat Bulgaria in their final warm-up game for Euro 2020 on Tuesday, with Giroud scoring twice late on following Antoine Griezmann's opener.
But Giroud had not been impressed with his service after coming on as a substitute, particularly from strike partner Mbappe, who he appeared frustrated with after failing to seek him out with a pass on a number of occasions.
Speaking after the game, the Chelsea star said: "Sometimes you make the runs and the ball is not arriving. Perhaps we could have found each other better, there it is.”

According to L'Equipe, Giroud's comments angered Mbappe, who was ready to issue a public response to clear things up.
France boss Didier Deschamps did his best to draw a line under the situation, seemingly taking the side of star man Mbappe.
"If you received the ball after each time you called for it, it is always the same," Deschamps said.
"The attacker says: 'I am making runs, but it's on the midfield.' The midfielders will say that it is on the attackers. Sometimes, the pass isn't forthcoming, sometimes it is down the movement. But this is not a stigmatisation of Kylian or whoever."
It is hardly the positive environment Deschamps would have liked going into a major tournament – especially with his side as the favourites to land the trophy.

Giroud had only entered the fray following an injury to Karim Benzema, though the knock suffered by the Real Madrid forward does not appear to be serious.
Benzema looks likely to start up front alongside Mbappe fpr France's opening group game against Germany on Tuesday.
But Giroud has more than staked a claim, as his brace leaves him just five goals off France's all-time record goalscoring tally, currently held by Thierry Henry.

There was clearly some disagreement between Giroud and Mbappe though, as the latter was later criticised for his demeanour by ex-France star Jean Micoud.
"It's becoming embarrassing. And even when he came off," Micoud said.
"You have just played two warm-up matches, it has gone very well and when he came off the pitch it was as if the team had lost 4-0. At some point it is not all about you."
Despite being billed as favourites, France have one of the toughest starts to the competition in the 'Group of Death', with Portugal and Hungary joining them and Germany.
Whether Benzema is fit to play a part in their opening fixture remains to be seen, but Deschamps was relaxed about the 33-year-old's fitness.
"He took a good hit on the muscle above the knee, and he felt that it was getting worse so we took no risk.
"That's why he came off. It's a knock, there's always worse things in life.
"The medical staff are of a high level. We will do the right thing and not spend every day wondering how he is doing. It's hard to digest but you have to deal with it. Today, it's nothing dramatic."
