Piers Morgan has volunteered to fight Strictly Come Dancing star Nicola Adams.
The former GMB host, 56, replied to the boxer's tweet as she asked fans: "Which famous person would you like to see me fight???
"I know you want Piers Morgan but it needs to be a female [laughing emoji]."
Controversial Piers confirmed it could be arranged in the future, as he penned back: "I'm currently identifying as female… bring it on."
But fans of the presenter were not amused by his response, with many telling him that he "wouldn't stand a chance" against the professional boxer.
Others stated they'd like to see a different celebrity as Nicola's boxing opponent – with many suggesting Katie Hopkins.

One commented: "You would not stand a chance against Nicola Adams (not many would :)."
"Piers I think you might take a bit of a pounding but why not do it for charity!" a second added.
A third shared: "Even if you was identifying as a man she would still punch you up! Hahaha." [sic]

"She'd do you in fella," a fourth quipped.
Another posted: "I've already seen these two popular ones listed but definitely, Katie Hopkins and Julie Hartley- brewer."
It comes after Nicola appealed for a boxing opponent on her social media – and she seems to be up for a fight with Piers.
"Let's go @piersmorgan," she wrote back to him with laughing emojis.
Fans of the Strictly star admitted they would "pay" to watch a boxing match between the pair.
If it was to go ahead, it would be the latest career move for Piers, who quit GMB in March.
He left the daytime show after receiving backlash for claiming he didn't believe Meghan Markle's claims over her "suicidal thoughts".

His wife Celia Walden recently joked that she wants "anyone" to give him a job so he isn't always at home after leaving the ITV show.
She told The Sun: “Well, I always think of that famous quote, ‘Behind every great man, there’s a woman rolling her eyes’ — I am that woman.
“Being married to Piers is basically one very long eye roll. But what people don’t realise about Piers is that he’s usually very quiet at home because he’s exhausted himself on whatever interview he’s been doing.

“This is the only reason I am sad about him leaving GMB — well, that and the fact I wake up and there he is, staring back at me morning after morning.
“But really, he used to come back and by 9am was absolutely flattened, lying there on the sofa, catatonic, not bothering anyone.
“Unfortunately he’s got all his energy back now. Please, someone, just give him a job!”
