Sweet-toothed fitness guru Joe Wicks has admitted he adores desserts so much he sometimes starts his meals with one.
Joe, whose online exercise classes were aimed at keeping the nation fit and healthy in lockdown, said he also loves his chips and burgers.
He said: “People think I don't like dessert. I've got a very sweet tooth. I love my chocolate. I love my ice cream. My(favourite) dessert is very sweet, very sticky, very sweet.
“There's no way I'm missing dessert. To be honest, I sometimes start my meal with a dessert, so flip it round and have a pudding to start with.”
Joe Wicks admitted that he loved chocolate and ice cream
Wicks, 34, and known as The Body Coach, had to choose his ideal foods for the Off Menu podcast with Ed Gamble and James Acaster(PLS REF), and picking his perfect meal, he started with his dream dessert – sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
He said: “The reason I love it is because it's warm and it's got that like massive sticky toffee sauce on top, and then the hot and cold combination is always something I love.
“So it was a toss-up between that and a chocolate fondant, but the sticky toffee pudding came through.

“If it's done right – some people get those dodgy microwave ones, like you know the pub has stuck it in the microwave and they're shocking. You want a really big rectangle one with a bit of sponginess as we call it.”
Despite being a keep fit fanatic, Wicks then went on to talk about how much he loved deep fried food and burgers.
On his menu choices added: “Mine's very deep-fried, it's highly calorific, but I love my food, but to be honest because I exercise so much I get away with it. You might think I was going to go for a salad and a sort of vegetable risotto.

“But I love deep-fried food. I love chips and I love fried buttermilk chicken burgers, arancini, all that sort of stuff.”
When choosing his main course he added: "Wherever I go in the world, wherever I go to any restaurant, if there's a really good burger and chips on the menu I'm drawn to it – the beef and the bun and the chips, and 'is it going to have cheese in it, is it going to have bacon?' And then a little barbecue sauce maybe.
"If I was going to say what my favourite main is, it is a burger and chips. That is my ultimate main(course).”
