Jacqueline Jossa has been lauded with praise for showcasing her sensational figure while modelling her new swimwear collection with In The Style.

Yet, the 28-year-old has played down her recent weight loss on an Instagram Story Q&A on Sunday night after a fan insisted "You are body goals".

In response to the comment, the former EastEnders star showed a before-and-after shot of her modelling a chic one-shouldered bikini on holiday in Portugal and shared a clever trick about how to pose in photos.

She penned: "It's really not it's all about lighting and how you hold yourself, and I love high waisted clothing always lol".

Her recent comments come after Jacqueline admitted she was feeling "pure dread" ahead of her swimsuit shoot for her In The Style collection.

The I'm A Celeb winner has been busy doing shoots for her stunning collection and thanked her fans for their lovely comments.

"It is what it is, we had our moment and the moment's gone," she said in her Instagram Stories.

"I was super comfortable in them swimming stuff. I was dreading it, actual pure dread but it actually all worked out. in the end.

The mum-of-two has been documenting her "healthy reboot" journey over recent weeks and keeping her followers updated with how she is feeling.

According to the Daily Star , the soap star, who played Lauren Branning, has been on a weight loss journey since leaving the BBC show.

In April, she explained how she lost “over half a stone” and is planning to continue with her health journey.

In a recent Q&A with fans, she said how much she had lost so far and said how far she still has to go.

After a fan asked how much weight she lost, she responded: “I don't actually know and this week I haven't looked. But over half a stone. But I've got a while to go."

She discussed how she is on a "healthy reboot plan", with the new lifestyle helping her lose her the pounds.

Jacqueline said: "I have tried to be as good as possible. You guys know I'm on a bit of a healthy reboot plan.

"I think we're going to be fine. I still feel really good and I definitely haven't eaten as much crap as I would have during these times. So that's good isn't it."

Elsewhere, Jacqueline and her daughters flew back to the UK before Portugal goes onto the amber list.

The actress told her Instagram followers that she made it home with her daughters Ella, six, and Mia, two, "safe and sound" but said her youngest was a bit "temperamental" on the "long old flight".

And she said: "For those asking, Portugal was absolutely fine. You have to wear your masks everywhere. Obviously you have to get tested there, get tested on your way back and get tested here. You have to show all of your stuff as well.

"It doesn't go into the amber list until Tuesday so we don't have to quarantine. We've done all our tests and everything was negative so we're all good."

She went on to say the airports were "super, super busy" as members of the public flocked back to the UK ahead of Tuesday's change.

"It was like crazy," she said. "The girls were actually really good considering, when I look back and think how long the queues were they were really good."

The EastEnders star had been away for a week of sunshine with her two daughters, while husband Dan Osborne joined them for four days of the trip.
