England fans are undecided over Gareth Southgate's decision to call up Ben White to his Euro 2020 squad.
The versatile Brighton rising star has replaced the injured Trent Alexander-Arnold after the Liverpool full-back was ruled out of the tournament as he picked up a thigh injury in the 1-0 win over Austria last week.
Southgate had plenty of options available to him with the likes of Jesse Lingard and James Ward-Prowse in contention for the final spot.
But the England manager opted to go for White who can play as a centre-half, right-back or defensive midfielder.
And supporters were torn over the decision with some feeling Lingard or James Ward-Prowse deserved the nod instead.

Did Gareth Southgate make the right decision to call up Ben White? Comment below
@ gfcarsena l said: "Fair play he did really well in the two friendlies and all season but I can't help feel like we should have another midfielder."
@ dan_omoore added: "Wrong decision for me. Should have taken JWP. Excellent at set-pieces and passing ability."
@ uj-walls tweeted: "England literally have the best dead ball specialist in the world in JWP and they call up Ben White when they have enough CB depth, make it make sense."

Others could see the reasoning behind Southgate's call as England have plenty of options in attack, while in defence it's a completely different story, especially at centre-back.
Harry Maguire is injured and might not return until the knockout stages and White's addition means that he could be a valuable player to have in the squad until the Manchester United captain returns to the fold.

@ Stu763 tweeted: "In truth, he has to take White. You cannot trust Mings, he is a major clanger waiting to happen. Maguire isn’t going to be fit until knock-out stages.
"White can play RB, CB and holding CM. It’s the more obvious choice rather than a set-piece specialist who might not play."
@ eire_gooner added: "In fairness, there’s a lot of attacking players who will start ahead of Lingard. White can play CB, RB and DM. He’s useful for England. Not defending Southgate though."
@ UtdNanu said: "What's the point of adding JWP if he's not going to start? Unless Maguire is injured, they would play with 4atb. Unlike 2018, the focus should be on pass completion rather than set plays. Continental success cannot be achieved by set-play mastery."
