After a successful first season at Stamford Bridge, Thomas Tuchel will be hoping for further success in the 2021/22 season.
Chelsea will fancy their chances of a Premier League title challenge, but are likely to face stiff competition from the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Reinforcements are likely to be required for the Blues to reach the next level, with a striker understood to be considered a priority signing.
Tuchel recently admitted that the club will look to recruit "two or three" players in the coming weeks, with exits also on the cards.

Giroud could be on his way out of Chelsea despite extending terms
Giroud makes Milan claim
Olivier Giroud continues to be linked with a move to AC Milan, despite seeing his Chelsea contract extended by a further year.
The Blues exercised their option of prolonging the Frenchman's stay at Stamford Bridge until 2022, which was recently announced by the club.
But Giroud has fuelled talk that he could still be on his way out of London club, if his recent comments are anything to go by.

“I want to make it clear that Chelsea reactivated the clause in April and they recently announced it to comply with Premier League rules,” he said on Sunday when asked whether the extension had affected his desire to leave Chelsea.
“It's fair to remember that I liked [Milan legends] Marco van Basten and Andriy Shevchenko.
"Milan are a big club and one of the great teams in Europe. But, today, I will not talk about my future at the club because I am focused on the France team and the Euros, which is fast approaching.”

Chelsea dealt Kounde blow
Madrid could make their move for Kounde
Newly-appointed Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is plotting a move for Jules Kounde and views the Sevilla defender as a 'priority' signing.
Ancelotti recently returned for his second spell at Madrid and is focusing his attention on defensive reinforcements, with the futures of Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos up in the air.
Villarreal centre-back Pau Torres has also been listed as a possible recruit, but the emphasis has been placed on Kounde according to Le10 Sport.
Blues given Lukaku boost
Inter Milan president Steven Zhang has admitted that difficult financial decisions must be made this summer due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Italian side are looking to offload some of their star players in the coming weeks to ease their concerns, with Romelu Lukaku believed to be one player that could be moved on.
Lukaku has been a major hit in Serie A since signing for Inter and has developed as a player since his Chelsea days.
Romelu Lukaku could be sold as Inter look to balance the books
Zhang has made clear that changes must take place at Inter, giving Tuchel hope of striking a deal.
"Last summer the pandemic had greatly affected our revenues but we continued with him [Conte], focusing on the season convinced that we could win," said the Inter president.
"The decision was right [for Conte to leave], but now the bill brought by the pandemic is such that we cannot fail to review the situation by looking for savings that lead to a future budget balance.
"We must reduce costs and control risks. This obviously also influences the transfer market strategy. Our different views on the situation led to the separation."
