Mourners were reportedly shut in a cemetery as police investigated a suspected murder in north-west London today.

Emergency services were called to Harrow Road in Kensal Green to reports of a stabbing at around 2pm, the Metropolitan Police said.

The victim was found fatally injured and was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Reports said police were stopping members of the public from leaving the cemetery, although they later allowed them to leave, according to MyLondon.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "Officers, London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance attended and found a man suffering from stab injuries.
