There can be no accusations of a lack of ambition over the summer at Chelsea.
Roman Abramovic sanctioned a transfer spend in the region of a quarter of a billion pounds as the likes of Edouard Mendy, Kai Havertz, Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech arrived to bolster Frank Lampard’s first-team squad.
If reports are to be believed, the spending mightn’t stop there, with further new recruits tipped to walk through the door at Stamford Bridge in the mid-season January transfer window.
But there’s also the prospect of senior players looking to depart the club, having seen their playing opportunities diminished following the extra competition for Lampard’s best 11.
With all that in mind, here are all the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.

Frank Lampard says he "deserved" Chelsea job and does not fear being sacked
What Chelsea must do before the January transfer window as Premier League returns
There’s bound to be a sense of déjà vu for Chelsea fans as Olivier Giroud is once again considering leaving the club in order to make France’s squad for the Euros next summer.
The Guardian report that the 34-year-old Blues striker will push to move to another Premier League club or Serie A in search of more regular playing opportunities.
Les Bleus boss Didier Deschamps has made it clear that he’ll struggle to continue picking Giroud if he isn’t playing regular football for his club. His only Chelsea start this season has come in the League Cup, and he’s tallied more minutes for France so far this season.
Earlier this week he scored twice for France in a 4-2 victory over Sweden, and is chasing down Thierry Henry’s all-time record of 51 goals for the country, currently seven behind.
Giroud found himself in a similar situation last January, but went on to become an important player for Lampard in the latter half of the campaign, but with Euro 2020 postponed until next summer and Werner’s arrival pushing him back in the pecking order, he may well move on this time.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink believes that Chelsea need to make two additions in order to become Premier League title challengers.
The former Netherlands international, who scored 87 goals in 177 appearances for the Blues, would like the club to sign either Leicester City’s Caglar Soyuncu or Inter’s Milan Skriniar for the defence as well as another attacking midfielder.
Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly is another of European football’s most highly-rated centre-halves, but Hasselbaink dismissed the idea of signing him on account of his age and reported pricetag.
“A lot of people are talking about Kalidou Koulibaly but he’s 29 years old and would be very expensive. I actually quite like the Leicester defender, Caglar Soyuncu. I think he’d be very good at Chelsea,” he told Ladbrokes.
“Also the defender at Inter Milan, Milan Skriniar – everybody is talking about him, another very good player. So there are players out there, but it’s such a difficult position to fill at the moment.
“I like Mason Mount, but maybe somebody to play alongside him. Havertz is there, I know, but you want healthy, quality competition in that area. I don’t think Chelsea are far off at all.”
Several clubs interested in Chelsea starlet

German outlet Fussball Transfers (via Sport Witness ) report that multiple clubs are monitoring highly-rated Chelsea academy starlet Emran Soglo.
The 15-year-old forward has been tipped for a big future, and Chelsea are preparing to make an offer of a first long-term contract to tie him down at Stamford Bridge.
However, Bundesliga clubs Stuttgart and Borussia Dortmund are both said to be scouting him and would be interested in signing him up, alongside unnamed English clubs.
The likes of Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho have made the Bundesliga switch in recent years, and there’s a growing sense that such moves are beneficial for young player’s development.
The report goes on to state that his family have some concerns over how Chelsea have treated the player in recent years, which could factor into his decision-making going forward.
