Vinnie Jones sees himself as the next David Attenborough as he reveals his telly plans.

The football hard man – who earned himself a tough guy image thanks to his aggressive style of play – told how he has a number of small screen projects in the works.

"I'm trying to do some documentaries," tells Vinnie. "I want to do some wildlife and conservation stuff too."

He also revealed plans to work with Simon Cowell again.

The pair became friends when Snatch star Vinnie was on Celebrity X Factor last year.

"I've got a couple of projects with Simon Cowell on the go," he spilled. "We've been talking about some things and when he had his back injury it put everything on hold."
