OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER told his Manchester United flops they would not have even made the BENCH in his day.
The Norwegian, 46, delivered the withering verdict to his players after their 1-1 draw with Arsenal.

But it failed to inspire them and a 0-0 Europa League draw with Alkmaar and a 1-0 loss to Newcastle followed.
The 1999 Treble hero is arguably football's most successful ever substitute and regularly occupied the United bench with stars including Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, Teddy Sheringham, Nicky Butt and Wes Brown during his years at Old Trafford.
He not only fired in the winner in stoppage time in the Champions League final, but he scored a large proportion of his 91 United goals from the bench.
That included FOUR against Nottingham Forest that season, as well as an FA Cup fourth-round winner against Liverpool.
But as a manager he is seriously being tested at Old Trafford.
After their 1-0 loss to Newcastle, he told the players they have: "No fight, no energy, no desire, no commitment, no conviction."
The Norwegian's win percentage after United's win over PSG in March was 82.4 per cent and he was made full-time manager soon after.
But that was United's last away victory and his win record has slumped to a torrid 21.7 per cent since then, sending his team to 12th in the table.

Sam Allardyce reckons United could be RELEGATED if they don't fix their obvious striker crisis.
United have a stingy defence, with nine goals conceded in 11 games, while Chelsea have conceded 16.
But goals are an obvious problem and they haven't scored more than once in a game since the 4-0 opening day thrashing of Chelsea.
