MICHY BATSHUAYI bagged a brilliant brace for Chelsea’s Under-23s as Frank Lampard watched on from the stands.
Antonio Rudiger also made a successful return from injury during a 3-0 win over Liverpool in front of the new Blues gaffer, who is still searching for his first win after Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Leicester.

Batshuayi failed to make the bench for the weekend clash at Stamford Bridge and was also missing from the squad for the 4-0 defeat to Manchester United on opening day.
Meanwhile, Rudiger played in his first game after recovering from a cruciate ligament injury which ruled him out of last season’s Europa League final victory over Arsenal.
And with both players impressing, Lampard has some thinking to do ahead of this weekend’s visit to Norwich.

Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud have both struggled to impress so far this season.
And Batshuayi could finally be set for a chance to lead the line after netting two fine goals on a cool night in West London.
The Belgium striker was found by a terrific long ball from Rudiger in the 40th minute to put his side ahead.
And Batshuayi scored his second after being played in by Fausto Anjorin two minutes into the second half.

Batshuayi then returned the favour for his young teammate with 15 minutes remaining to net the game’s final goal.
Chelsea fans have already urged Lampard to call Batshuayi in from the cold.
And with Rudiger playing a key role under Maurizio Sarri last term, he too could be handed a reprieve by Super Frank at Carrow Road at the expense of either Kurt Zouma or Andreas Christensen.
