Former Ingle gym-mate Billy Joe Saunders said: “Boxing p***** me off for that reason robbery @KidGalahad90 put it all on the line”.
Galahad’s promoter Eddie Hearn, who did not attend the Leeds Arena, called Galahad the “clear winner”.
And relieved Warrington admitted he had kept hold of his red belt by the skin of his teeth.
He told BT Sport: "I knew it was close but I thought I was doing the cleaner work. He was landing clean now and again but you can't come into the back yard and win on pot-shotting singles.
"I have to give him credit, there were a lot of holding and he was clever with some of the stuff he did inside.

I think Galahad 115-113 is fair, but wouldn’t surprise me at all if champion gets it as home fighter or they call it a draw, boxing is a business

To many blatant robbery’s for me in boxing, Warrington Vs Galahad tonight a prime example. I’m for sure no expert but I’m pretty sure the art of boxing is to hit and not get hit and that’s what’s Galahad done all night toyed and frustrated him all throughout. Absolute Heist. 😤
