GLENN HODDLE jokingly clutched his chest after watching Tottenham’s thrilling Champions League win over Manchester City.
The pundit and former footballer suffered a heart attack last year at the BT Sport studios.

Hoddle required major lifesaving surgery as a result.
And he underwent a heart bypass operation after being fitted with a stent.
Hoddle has since told SunSport how he “died for 60 seconds” during his cardiac arrest, smashing his head on the floor and breaking seven ribs after collapsing in front of fellow pundit Robbie Savage.
Hoddle was helped by sound engineer Simon Daniels before being whisked off to hospital.
And he also credits wife Lisa with giving him the strength to recover.
Hoddle has since revealed he believes he inherited his heart condition from his father, leading him to seek therapy.
But the former England boss appears to be taking it in his stride following last night’s European action.
Spurs survived a City blitz at the Etihad to progress to the Champions League semis on away goals after a 4-4 aggregate draw.

And ex-Tottenham player Hoddle seemed to be finding the thrilling action a lot to take in.
Fellow pundit Rio Ferdinand posted a picture to social media showing Hoddle jokingly clutching his heart at the final whistle.
The snap was captioned: “This ain’t good for this man’s heart.”
