Spurs fans concede defeat in Champions League after drawing Man City in quarter-finals

TOTTENHAM fans have joked their Champions League run has come to an end after drawing Manchester City in the quarter-finals.

The two teams will face each other three times in the space of 11 days next month, with Spurs supporters already conceding defeat in the tie.

The winner of the clash will face either Juventus or Ajax in the semi-finals after both teams came back from behind to seal their place in the last eight.

Cristiano Ronaldo banged in a hat-trick against Atletico Madrid to overturn a 2-0 first leg defeat, while the Dutch side thrashed Real Madrid 4-1 at the Bernabeu last time out.

While Liverpool have been handed a favourable tie against Portuguese giants Porto, with Manchester United drawn against La Liga leaders Barcelona.
