DENIS SUAREZ has lifted the lid on Unai Emery’s brutal Arsenal training sessions.
And it could go some way towards explaining Mesut Ozil’s woes this season.

The German has struggled to be available for each game since Emery took charge last summer.
Despite signing a lucrative new £350k-a-week deal under Arsene Wenger, Ozil is tipped to be on his way out in the new regime.
And Emery has cited a lack of fitness among other reasons as to why the playmaker is not featuring regularly.
Suarez has now explained that Emery is a hard taskmaster when it comes to preparing for games.

And Ozil may be struggling to adapt to a new, physical style instead of his usual technique-based game.
Suarez, who joined from Barcelona on loan last month, told Arsenal’s official website: “He wants his team to press hard. He does a lot of work in training, not just tactically and with the ball, but also physically.
“He likes really dynamic players. He takes the tiniest details into account and does a lot of work around video analysis.
“He gives you hours and hours of video footage. In the end, the players realise that it’s good for them
