Curry finished with 41 points and Kevin Durant scored 30 as the Warriors capped an impressive sweep of Denver on the road and New Orleans at home on consecutive nights.

The challenging back-to-back appeared to be too much for the reigning champions as Pelicans’ impressive shooting helped them to a 16-point lead during the third quarter.
However, Curry’s flurry helped produce a 44-point quarter that led to a 110-109 lead going into the fourth, before the Warriors edged away on the strength of two late three-pointers from Draymond Green.

Anthony Davis finished with 30 points, 18 rebounds and seven assists, and Nikola Mirotic bombed in six three-pointers in a 29-point effort for the Pelicans.
New Orleans lost to the Warriors for the 22nd time in their past 24 regular-season meetings.

Spencer Dinwiddie converted a three-point play with 28 seconds remaining in overtime as the Brooklyn Nets overcame James Harden’s second consecutive 50-point game to shock the Houston Rockets.
The Nets erased a seven-point deficit in the extra session to win as Dinwiddie scored 25 of his 33 points in the fourth period and overtime, including three 3-pointers in the final 27 seconds of regulation.
Harden scored a season-high 58 points, and added 10 rebounds and six assists. The Rockets set an NBA record with 70 three-point attempts, with PJ Tucker hitting from deep with 1:09 left in regulation to bypass the old mark of 61.

Brooklyn’s Treveon Graham added 21 points while Jarrett Allen piled up 20 points and 24 rebounds.
It was the 18th straight game in which Harden has scored at least 30 points, extending his record for the longest streak since Wilt Chamberlain’s 20-match run in 1964.
Toronto Raptors 108-117 Boston Celtics

Kyrie Irving made a go-ahead jumper and added a three-pointer during an 11-0 run late in the fourth quarter as the Boston Celtics defeated the visiting Toronto Raptors.
Irving finished with 27 points and a career-best 18 assists as the Celtics ended a three-game losing streak and snapped Toronto’s five-game winning streak.
Al Horford contributed some big points down the stretch in a 24-point game for the Celtics. Gordon Hayward added 18 off the bench, and Jayson Tatum had 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Kawhi Leonard scored 33 points to lead Toronto, who led by four in the middle of the fourth quarter and was tied 106-106 with two-and-a-half minutes to go.
Serge Ibaka added 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Raptors. Danny Green scored 15 points, Norman Powell and Greg Monroe scored 11 each, and Kyle Lowry had 10 points and seven assists.
The Celtics, who led by as many 16 during the third quarter, took a four-point edge into the fourth quarter.
Irving’s step-back jumper gave Boston the lead with 2:15 left, and he added a 3-pointer to give Boston a five-point margin with 1:39 left. Horford’s layup gave Boston a seven-point lead, and then his dunk made the lead nine with 45.7 seconds left.
Milwaukee Bucks 111-101 Memphis Grizzlies

Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 27 points and 11 rebounds as the Milwaukee Bucks returned to the top of the Eastern Conference with victory at the Memphis Grizzlies.
Eric Bledsoe added 16 points as the Bucks won for the 14th time in the past 17 games. D.J. Wilson scored a career-best 13 points for Milwaukee, which led by as many as 31.
Omri Casspi scored 17 points for Memphis, which has dropped nine of its past 10 games and 16 of 20. JaMychal Green had 14 points and 10 rebounds.

The Grizzlies shot just 38.9 per cent from the floor and were 10-31 from three-point range. The Bucks made 47.6 per cent of their shots while hitting 12-34 from beyond the arc.
Milwaukee led by five points at halftime but pulled away by scoring 41 points on 16-of-25 shooting in the third quarter.
San Antonio Spurs 105-101 Dallas Mavericks

The San Antonio Spurs relied on their bench to rally from a 19-point deficit and secure an impressive road victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
Marco Belinelli led the bench charge in the second half as he led the Spurs in scoring with 17 points. Patty Mills had 14 and Davis Bertans added 12 points, including a dagger three-pointer with 1:42 to play.
Rookie Luka Doncic led Dallas with 25 points, eight assists and eight rebounds as he became the first rookie to score at least 25 points in five consecutive games since Stephen Curry in the 2009-10 season.
However, he simply didn’t get enough help, with Dallas shooting just 43 per cent from the floor despite a hot start.
Wesley Matthews was the Mavericks’ second-leading scorer with 13 points. Dorian Finney-Smith had 12 off the bench, and Harrison Barnes was limited to 11 points on 4-18 shooting.
Cleveland Cavaliers 112-129 Portland Trail Blazers

Portland shot 52.8 per cent from the field and won the game at the three-point line, hitting 16 of 29 attempts compared with Cleveland’s six for 19.
Utah Jazz 129-109 Los Angeles Clippers

Rudy Gobert had 23 points and 22 rebounds to lead the Utah Jazz to their season-high fifth consecutive win, with a blowout victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell scored 28 points to surpass his season scoring average (21.5) for the seventh straight game. He is averaging 29.7 points in that stretch.
Utah also received 23 points from Jae Crowder and 19 from Kyle Korver, both players coming off the bench. Derrick Favors added 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Royce O’Neale contributed 10 points.

Lou Williams scored 23 points off the bench to lead the Clippers, who lost their fourth in a row to match their season-worst skid.
The Jazz led 56-49 at the half behind 14 points from Crowder and 11 from Korver, both of whom surpassed their season averages of 11.8 and 9.7, respectively. Utah stretched the lead to as much as 18 with 1:09 left before taking an 88-72 advantage into the fourth.

Blake Griffin scored 30 points, including the last seven in overtime as the Detroit Pistons emerged with a victory over the Orlando Magic.
The Pistons blew an 11-point lead in the fourth quarter before pulling out a victory that could prove crucial in the race for the lower Eastern Conference playoff positions.
Andre Drummond had 14 points and 22 rebounds, and Luke Kennard contributed 14 points off the Detroit bench.
Terrence Ross and Nikola Vucevic had 24 points apiece for the Magic, and Vucevic pulled down 13 rebounds.
