The London Stadium currently seats 57,000, dwarfing the 35,000 at old arena Upton Park.
But an agreement has been reached with landlord E20 to open the stadium up to its maximum 66,000 seats.
The Hammers can immediately start selling for up to 60,000 fans, and expect to reach the final figure later this season.
